Silchar, Nov 11 : Subhadeep Dey, a resident of Udharbondh Kalibari road is a happy lad. This passionate artist has earned a name in the India Book of Records 2023 for his amazing and crafty nail art of great Indian personalities each measuring 1cm on five finger nails.
A closer look into the nail art by Subhadeep will give a clear view of the giant imagination of the artist’s deft work. His sketches of India’s Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore, former President APJ Abdul Kalam, Swami Vivekananda, Bhagat Singh, and freedom fighters impressed the observers of India Book of Records and fetched the young artist huge honour and motivation to leap forward.

“I had a dream of doing something out of the box with artwork. I kept looking for opportunities and came across the scope to participate in the India Book of Records. I completed the nail artwork whilst on a videocall with the officials of the India book of Records and completed the task within 5minutes and 23 seconds and 28 milliseconds and I am glad to be acknowledged with the honour,” Subhadeep said. He also made his intensions clear that he is getting ready with his next move for the Guinness Book of World Records for 2024 and also for this year’s Asia Book of Records as well. “My parents have been hugely supportive throughout my pursuit and I feel that I can achieve my dream with artwork someday soon,” he maintained.
Subhadeep also runs an art school with over 100 learners and is working towards opening a school for talented art lovers whom he will impart lessons for free in the coming days.
